Surface Preparation

All surfaces should be thoroughly cleaned before painting. Blast clean substrate and Clean by wire brushes and sure that there is no any greases or oil present on surface. Always use clean brushes or spray gun. Casting Sealer must be thinned by using thinner to obtain spraying consistency for better application. It is recommended on casting surfaces.

• Supply Viscosity @30°C : 120-150sec. by B-4 cup(IS-3944)

• Recommended Thinning : Up to 20% by volume using Glorious Thinner
• Flash Point : Not below 30°C
• Stability of Thinned Paint : Use within 24 hrs.
• Shelf-life : 1 year from date of manufacture in original tightly closed containers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Applications : Ferrous & non Ferrous Casting Surfaces
• Application Methods : Spraying, Dipping or Brushing
