PERFORMANCE GUIDE

• Weather: Excellent when used with approved top coat.
• Heat : Up to 120°C. Prolonged exposure to 120°C will cause embrittlement.
• Water : Excellent when used with approved top coat.
• Solvent : Resists alcohol and hydrocarbons. Film is liable to attack from other strong solvents.
• Abrasion: Good resistance to abrasion.
• Acid : Fair.
• Alkali : Fair.

• Coverage** : On Smooth non absorbent surface. 100 – 140 sq. ft/Ltr/coat. @ 25 micron DFT
• Supply Viscosity@30°C : 100-140 sec. by B4 cup(IS-3944)
• Specific Gravity @30°C : 1.30(+ 0.05) @30°C
• Drying Time : Surface Dry : 2-3 Hrs.
• @ 30°C & RH 60 ± 5% : Recoating : 6-8 Hrs.
• Finish : Smooth & Matt
• Recommended Thinning : Up to 20% by volume using Glorious General Purpose Thinner (Avoid extra thinning for better results.)
• Flash Point : Not below 30°C
• Stability of Thinned Paint : Use within 24 hrs.
• Shelf-life : 1 year from date of manufacture in original tightly closed containers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Applications : Steel Furniture, Castings, Vehicles & Metal Surfaces.

Precautions

• Store in well ambient conditions, Ventilated locations & away from the source of ignition and fire.
• Keep away from children.
• In case of eye/skin contact washes with plenty of water.
• Inhalation / Injection will cause danger. In case move to fresh air & consult medical practitioners in both the cases.
• Do not apply when ambient temperature might drop to level below 10°C within 4 hrs of application.
• Avoid extra thinning for better results.
• The container must be tightly closed when not in use. Stir well and strain before use.
• Use safety equipments like rubber or polythene gloves, safety goggles / glasses & face mask.
